img_8320Hello!

I hope you have had a nice weekend!

I am back from my vacation refreshed and renewed! We will be reopening on Tuesday.

I’ve had a lot to think about this Summer, and in the last few days as I’ve been deep cleaning the kitchen and putting it back together. I am ever-searching for the elusive work-life balance and in order to achieve it and I need to decide where to focus my energy. I’d like to know your opinions about a few things to support my thought process and would so appreciate your anwers to the questions below!

Before we get to the survey, I want to remind you that I’m still hiring a whole new staff for Fall. Please spread the word! I’ve had lots of really good and fruitful conversations regarding a business partner as well, but all still in very early stages. If either is something you’ve considered, let’s at least have a conversation!

I don’t know how to do a fancy survey, so if are able to take the time to answer these questions, will you please copy them into an email and send the answers to me at juliahellerman@gmail.com?

  • I use it all the time
  • I didn’t know you had one!
  • I would use the grab and go more often if there were other options available; please provide some examples of the options you would like to see
  1. Are you interested in a grab and go full of “staples” to build a meal, such as sprouted grains, sprouted beans, veggie sides, sauces, etc?
  2. Are you interested in a pre-ordered meal service where you pick up meal kits and instructions to prepare with the option of adding your own veggies and/or customizing for your preferences?
  3. Given that we only use organic ingredients, everything is prepared from scratch, our grains, beans, nuts, and seeds are sprouted, and that we do not use a microwave, plastic squeeze bottles, or other methods of preparing food that would make it less time intensive, do you feel that our prices are fair?

I look forward to hearing your responses! I hope you have a fabulous week; maybe I’ll see you soon!

Julia
